It is pleasant to hear that articles of Gandhiji are brought back to India.
It will help India to save the legacy of its freedom fighters......, I would be happy if I could say this loudly. But there is a hesitation.
Reason is, are we Indians think about other freedom fighters as we do for Gandhiji. People gets fascinated to talk about Gandhiji, thinks about Gandhiji, discuss about Gandhiji.....no wrong with it....but, what about other freedom fighters. What about those freedom fighters who laid their everything for the country? are they any less than Gandhiji.
If we loose articles of Gandhiji in foreign hand it is indeed shameful for India. But how is about when after so many decades we Indian still do not know what happened to Netaji SubhasChandra Bose? Is not is shameful? I think it is much more shameful and should get more priority than recovering the articles of gandhiji. This is about ones life.......the life of one of the greatest son of India.
Are we giving importance to articles than the life?
Its a fascination, I must underline fascination, to talk talk talk about Gandhiji. People gets pleased and makes others pleased by discussing about him. But talking about others are not "trendy". Did anytime media houses be so active to uncover the secrecy about Netajis death? For last fortnight this is a "BIG NEWS"..the articles are auctioned and going out of India. How many times does the news about Netaji gets headlines?
Shame to indian media, and to those people who wants to go along the flow.
